All of the high quality high density urethane (HDU) sign panels, manufactured by Peachtree City Foamcraft, are finished with Matthews Paint. The Matthews Acrylic Polyurethane (MAP) paint system is designed for architectural signage, offering superior protection from ultraviolet rays and inclement weather.
Manufactured in the USA, Matthews offers 70,000 paint colors and two finishing systems to choose from. High density urethane carved sign panels can be finished in the traditional Matthews MAP system or the satin MAP system; both systems allow designers to choose from custom mixed colors or standard stock colors.

Additionally, since HDU is a synthetic product, panels have the ability to mill easily and are more dimensionally stable. HDU Panels are available in thicknesses ranging from one to three inches with three different textures to choose from: routed v-carve profile, wood grain appearance, or a simulated sandblasted appearance.
